We take active steps to ensure that disabled children and young people are never treated less favourably than others. This includes:
- Designing our services and activities to be accessible from the outset
- Making reasonable adjustments to how we deliver support to meet individual needs
- Ensuring our Hoylake base is accessible to wheelchair users and those with mobility needs
- Providing information in accessible formats on request
